I grew up as a lazy kid, and then a complicated pregnancy at the age of 32, left me in poor shape physically and a depressed state mentally. Unable to find any mother-specific fitness programs in India, I decided to do my own research. I did courses and certifications across Yoga, strength training, Diastasis Recti and postpartum depression, and saw great results. More importantly, I was able to achieve these results while still spending quality time with my daughter, and not compromising on a corporate career which I built after an MBA from one of India's top business schools. Having seen such positive changes in myself, I have made it my mission to help all moms achieve their dream.

More than half of India cannot afford mother-specific programs that are offered in western countries and hence, I created this program to help all the mothers get back in shape, and win back their confidence at the most affordable prices.

Health and fitness should be for all and I strongly believe these ‘FitMoms’ will raise healthy, strong families.
